Refunds

 Please email www.prelovedbabyboutique@virginmedia.com  or inbox stating the reason for return
( this is for our records only)    

Return your item within 14 working days
Return Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
Your refund will be paid via  the payment system you used to pay for your items once item has be received.


In the event of non receipt from courier, an investigation will be carried out by the courier company in question.
A full refund will be granted once investigation is complete normally 48 hours after initial contact, then Preloved Baby Boutique will claim back from courier company.

In the event of items being out of stock  we will endeavor to send a replacement item of equal or higher value than the item ordered, if this is not possible we would refund the cost of the item or items before dispatch.

In the event of items found not up to quality stated ( a mark may get on it whilst being stored.), we will refund the original price plus send the original item. If the item has sustained damage we will refund.

 Please return your item for exchange in original packaging where possible
